counselling fees
Counselling sessions are available in person in Ipswich or online across the UK. Sessions typically last 50 minutes.*I offer a limited number of concessionary sessions for people on a low income or trainee counsellors/therapists.
A consultation allows us to get to know each other and to explore in further detail any issues that you would like to work on in therapy. This lasts for 50 minutes with no obligation to continue therapy with me.

If you’d like to start therapy with me after your consultation, we will begin weekly individual therapy. These sessions will be 50 minutes and can be held both face-to-face or online to help suit your needs.
