my approach.

Relationships are a part of life that I am deeply connected to and passionate about. It is the foundation for our lives, and bringing understanding to this provides insight and opportunity to progress through most, if not all, of our suffering.

For me, it is only natural that this would be the foundation of my approach to therapy. By exploring how relationships, past and present, affect us, we learn about the issues that you struggle with day-to-day. This provides us with the platform to help you build a life that you find more fulfilling and less painful.

My current area of interest and research is centred around love, family and romantic relationships - learning about what Love is and, just as importantly, is not. I also focus on various relational dynamics and the role of Borderline and Narcissistic personality styles and how they manifest in relationships.
